Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. Arriving late will reduce your treatment time as each session is finished on time as a courtesy to the next client. We understand that being late is sometimes out of your control and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Unfortunately, arriving 20 minutes after the scheduled treatments will result in full charges and no treatment performed. We recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to the spa and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about location and parking.
Solaia Spa has a 48 hour cancellations policy. Treatments cancelled will result in a 50% charge and treatments cancelled within 24 hours will result in full charge.
Our products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we can not give refunds on products. However, if there is a fault with the product, we can send it back to the manufacturer.
All of our treatments are carried out by highly qualified therapists. If you have an unsatisfactory treatment, please contact the spa manager, who will look into look into your concerns immediately.
Children & Noise
For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa unless they are accompanied by an adult. Please respect all spa guests by maintaining conversations at a considerate volume, by keeping mobile phones on silent or switched off.
All clients are requested to complete a client questionnaire. Failure to do so will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if for health reasons the treatment is unsuitable for you. Your health and wellbeing is our priority.
Loss or Damage Policy
We recommend that no valuable belongings are brought with you to the spa, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
