Our award-winning Riviera restaurant serves the finest examples of Mediterranean food, typically elegant but with a modern, creative twist of international inspiration. You can expect a super-healthy, northern Mediterranean menu with plenty of choice for everyone, including pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans. Indeed, we take pride in offering delightful meat alternatives, and we take special care when catering for those with allergies and food intolerances.
With culinary influences of the Côte d’Azur, our main goal is for simple, flavour packed food, all served in a relaxed environment for our guests. Riviera as a concept is all about informal, shared dining so each diner can choose a combination of small plates, large plates and desserts. The plates are brought to the table as and when they are ready, and your party is encouraged to share each dish.
Take the humble tomato as an example of Riviera restaurant excellence. When you take your seat, you are presented with plump, fragrant vine tomatoes and four seasonings: Maldon sea salt for the mildest salt flavours; black pepper for spice; fresh lemon juice for acidity; and cold-pressed rapeseed oil for body. Using these simple ingredients to dress the tomatoes creates a truly memorable taste sensation.
