Our most characterful dining space, The Cellar has been designed to maximise the original vaulted ceiling with a unique contemporary feel.
Ideal for show-stopping Private Dining and corporate events, guests can immesrse themselves in luxury, surrounded by our outstanding wine collection, housed in bespoke, temperature controlled glass fridges which make the space totally individual, yet beautifully relaxed.
For more intimate celebrations chose the fabulously appointed cellar or relaxed Contessa's Bar. Both interiors are finished to the usual indulgent Hillbark standards and are perfect for smaller wedding parties and other family celebrations.
