Holistic Rituals
The word holistic comes from the Greek word 'holos' meaning 'whole'. Therefore, the therapist treats the whole being, rather than focusing on set systems ie physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Terraké's face and body ritual focuses on the aromas and sensations taken from the air, earth, water and plant - using a vareity of precious stones, crystals, brushes and rain sticks to create the sensory feeling from each universe. This makes all the treatments truly memorable and individual, transporting you into a state of calm.
Our Indian Head Masseuse works specifically on the head, scalp, face and back, helping to relieve stress, anxiety and tension bringing about a sense of total wellbeing.
The massages promotes relaxation. However, with the manipulation of the skin and superficial muscle tissue, using different movements the therapist can help eliminate toxins from the body and to improve the skin's condition and function in addition. The oils used have a variety healing properties, some calming; some energising. The therapist will identify your needs and prescibe oils to suit you.
